Was going for Tom Selleck/Magnum PI. Think I've landed closer to Dr Alan Statham.
- The 8th instalment in our homebrew adventures – we call this one The Recipe. Its loosely based on a Coopers Sparkling Ale recipe, except we didn't actually have any of the ingredients mentioned. So, same proportions but different gear. Using a Kveik yeast. Verdict? Probably won't kill you.
