Today's "thing" is gonna be a Poached & Roasted chicken with almond & thyme crust and chargrilled cauliflower – another from @marcuswareing 's 2009 "Nutmeg & Custard". Can't say it looks like the one he made – this one's more like a Scotch Chicken. #verysubstantial
